Popurri is a food hall inspired by pre-Columbian structures and the colours of Peru´s culture. Next to AvroKO, Miami’s studio, collaborated in the delivery and development the project's concept, had involvement in special planning and had close involvement through the full delivery of Schematic Design until early stages of Design Development.
